Michael is a Learning and Development Specialist with over 12 years of experience in creating and delivering impactful learning solutions for diverse audiences and organizations. He holds multiple credentials in human resources, talent development, project management, and business administration.

As an Adjunct Trainer at The “I Love U Guys” Foundation, Michael works to ensure school safety by teaching educators and administrators the Standard Response Protocol and the Standard Reunification Method.

As an Instructional Designer, he designs and implements learning courses and materials that align with organizational goals and learner needs. He excels at developing new training processes with coordinated training materials. Michael has led a committee of senior academic leaders and created new innovations in learning design and education.
