Introducing the Off-Site Reunification Kit

In the same vein as our announcement last week about the On-Site Reunification Kit, we have upgraded and renamed our premium kit to better align with the needs and requests of schools.

With the Off-Site Kit, we are introducing our new foldable A-Frame signs. These lightweight, fold-flat signs are made of the same material as our yard signs (corrugated plastic). They can be placed outside in the greeting area and along the interior paths of your reunification site to help increase visibility of the path parents and guardians will follow. Many schools were struggling to fill the gap in signage from the yard signs (placed in grass, often near the parking areas) to the interior wall signs, and we think these A-Frames are the perfect solution.

During an off-site reunification, both the affected school and the community at large will meet at an unknown location. While familiarity with the school layout can be of assistance during an on-site reunification, that is not the case when we are forced to relocate. The importance of signage and direction increases greatly during these scenarios.

The off-site kit is the one we recommend every single district have. It can be used effectively for both on-site and off-site reunification events if needed. An ideal setup would be to have a single off-site kit located at the district office or with the security director who can bring it to the reunification site. Additionally, if your budget allows, each school should have an on-site kit. This would give your district a complete reunification setup with materials where they are needed, no matter the situation.

The new off-site kit contains our base kit, a set of 13 yard signs, the premium upgrade, and a set of 9 of the new A-Frame signs.
