Terms and Conditions of Service Regarding The “I Love U Guys” Foundation Printed Reunification Cards
By checking the box and proceeding with this order, you (the “Purchaser”) acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership: You acknowledge that certain materials included in your order, specifically the Standard Reunification Method (SRM) reunification cards, were developed and are owned by The “I Love U Guys” Foundation. These materials are protected by trademark and copyright law.
2. Independent Service Provider Status: The Reunification Foundation is an independent non-profit organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with The “I Love U Guys” Foundation. Our services are provided as a third-party resource for schools and districts to facilitate the physical implementation of safety protocols.
3. Fee Structure for Licensed Materials: In accordance with the “I Love U Guys” Foundation terms of use, these materials are not being resold. The cost of all “I Love U Guys” cards sold on this site is $0.00. The fees charged by The Reunification Foundation are strictly for custom printing, specialized perforation, assembly labor, and fulfillment services required to produce the physical materials.
4. Authorization of Use: By completing this order, you certify that:
- Your school, district, or organization has a current Notice of Intent (NOI) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on file with The “I Love U Guys” Foundation. (MOUs are available from the “I Love U Guys” Foundation website here: https://iloveuguys.org/downloads/SRM_MOU%20School-District.pdf)
- You are legally authorized to possess and use these files for your organization’s safety protocols.
- You agree to use these materials in compliance with the Foundation’s branding and usage guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Reunification Foundation is responsible only for the physical quality of the printed product. We make no claims regarding the efficacy of the protocols themselves and shall not be held liable for the implementation or outcome of any reunification event or training using these materials.
