Our Work
School Reunification Training
Across the Country
The Reunification Foundation has partnered with school districts across 32 states to build genuine reunification capability — not just compliant documentation. Our training programs follow the Crawl, Walk, Run, Refresh methodology, moving each district from foundational awareness through tabletop exercises, functional exercises, and full-scale drills at their own pace.
The districts in these case studies represent every stage of that journey. Some came to us with strong plans that had never been tested. Some were starting from scratch. All of them left with a team that had experienced the reunification process before a real event required it.
Every case study documents the specific phases completed, the findings from after-action reviews, and the capability the district built. They are intended as a resource for any district evaluating where they are in their own reunification readiness — and what the path forward looks like.
